These Terms of Use (“Terms“) govern your use of the Haemorrhoid centre website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Haemorrhoid centre is a medical clinic providing haemorrhoid treatment services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and patients accessing our website or using our services.
Important: These Terms relate to the use of our website. If you purchase services from us, additional terms and conditions for those services will apply. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website.
Important Medical Information
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. The content should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional:
Haemorrhoid centre is not responsible for any decisions made based on information found on this website.
Medical Content Disclaimer: Sometimes we include content featuring or graphically representing medical or surgical procedures, which are only ever provided for educational or informative purposes. If you find or are likely to find such images offensive, please do not view them.
Haemorrhoid centre provides haemorrhoid treatment services including:
Not all patients are suitable candidates for our treatments. A thorough medical assessment is required before any treatment is provided. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it's not in your best medical interest.
All treatment fees are payable in full at the time of booking or, at the latest, on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.
Haemorrhoid centre does not accept private medical insurance directly. We have no agreement with any insurance provider and we do not invoice insurers on your behalf.
If your policy may cover this type of treatment, you remain fully responsible for paying us in full at the time of treatment. You may then submit your own claim to your insurer for reimbursement. On request, we can provide a paid invoice and a short summary of treatment to support your claim — we make no guarantee that your insurer will accept the claim or reimburse any part of the fees you pay to us.
We recommend that you contact your insurer in advance to confirm whether and how much of the treatment they will reimburse.
All treatment costs are clearly displayed on our website and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Haemorrhoid centre is a private clinic. We do not provide NHS services.
Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation from our staff.
We require at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. There is no fee if 72 hours or more notice is given of a cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled appointment.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours' notice, or do not attend your booked appointment, you will be charged the minimum consultation fee of £365.
Requests to reschedule an existing appointment to a different date or time are normally accommodated free of charge, even within 72 hours of the appointment. The clinic reserves the right, at its discretion, to apply an additional fee where repeated short-notice rescheduling or other circumstances make this appropriate.
Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative appointment time.
If following your consultation it is determined that you are not a suitable candidate for treatment, you will receive a refund of the difference between the Consultation & Treatment package fee you paid and the standalone consultation fee. The consultation fee is retained to cover the cost of the clinical assessment carried out.
Refunds issued for appointments attended where treatment did not go ahead will be made back to the original payment method less the consultation fee (unless a discount was applied).
Where remaining funds are transferred to a new appointment to attempt treatment again and the treatment cannot be completed for a second time, a further consultation fee will be retained and the remaining balance refunded.
In the unlikely event that treatment commences but is terminated before 5 minutes of treatment time on one or more haemorrhoid has been carried out, in addition to the consultation fee being retained, an additional fee may be payable to cover the cost of the single-use treatment kit which will have been partly used.
All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
