Private Haemorrhoid Treatment Clinic
Haemorrhoids Centre specialises in non-surgical piles treatment using advanced electrotherapy
A specialist clinic focused on doing one thing right.
We have built our practice around a single idea: that haemorrhoid sufferers deserve the most effective non-surgical treatment available on a schedule that fits real life.
That treatment is eXroid® electrotherapy. It is the single best haemorrhoids treatment method.
Every visit begins with a consultation by a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon - the same specialist who would perform any treatment. They explain your condition, your options, and when conservative monitoring is the right choice instead.
And because you do not always know when you will need to be seen, we keep evening and weekend slots open - including evening and weekend slots, and next-day availability whenever possible.
Certified eXroid® providers
We focused our entire practice on eXroid® electrotherapy - a leading non-surgical haemorrhoid treatment backed by NICE guidance - and trained directly with the eXroid® team to deliver it.
Consultant Colorectal Surgeons
Your assessment and treatment are carried out by Consultant Colorectal and Colorectal/Rectal Surgeons with many years of NHS and private experience.
Evenings & weekends
Late slots at 6pm and 7pm on weekdays, full Saturday and Sunday availability, and next-day appointments whenever we can fit you in.
Consultation-first, never pushed
Treatment only happens if you genuinely need it. Your surgeon will explain your options - including conservative monitoring - before anything else.
Privacy is non-negotiable
No newsletters, no marketing, no external mentions. The moment you leave the clinic, your medical record is visible only to your treating doctor.

How Does Treatment Work?
1. Consultation and Treatment
Our specialists assess your condition with a proctoscopy, and if piles are present, we offer eXroid treatment.
2. Treatment Procedure
The low electrical current stimulates a chemical reaction, which seals off the feeding blood vessels.
3. Recovery
Across a four week period post treatment your haemorrhoids will begin to shrink as blood vessels feeding the haemorrhoid are sealed off.
Why choose eXroid electrotherapy piles treatment?
Our advanced non-surgical piles treatment offers a safe, effective and minimally invasive solution for haemorrhoids, including prolapsed haemorrhoids, with minimal downtime and long term results. Unlike temporary solutions like piles cream or haemorrhoids cream, our treatment provides long term relief.
No general anaesthesia required
Quick recovery with minimal downtime
Suitable for all haemorrhoid grades
Short procedure with current adjusted to your comfort
Long term symptoms free results in most cases
